Sparkle Scoops & Co. Refund & Return Policy

At Sparkle Scoops & Co., every order is a hand-packed surprise bundle / scoop experience made just for you. Because of the custom and mystery nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
    • change of mind
    • preference mismatch
    • duplicate items
    • surprise item selection
    • color or style variation
    • dislike of received items

Sparkle Scoops & Co. sells surprise bundles and scoop experiences, so product variation is part of the experience.


2. No Returns or Exchanges

Because orders are:

  • hand-packed
  • surprise-based
  • personalized when possible
  • prepared specifically for each customer

We do not accept:

  • returns
  • exchanges
  • cancellations after an order has been packed or shipped


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Video Required)

If your order arrives:

  • damaged, or
  • you receive the wrong order

you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide the following:

Required Proof:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Clear photos of the item(s) received
  • A full, continuous video of the package being opened

Video Requirements:

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening
  • The video must show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
  • All contents must be clearly visible in the video

Important:

  • If no video is provided, no refund or replacement will be issued
  • If the returned items do not match what is shown in the video, no refund will be issued
  • If the video appears altered, incomplete, or unclear, the claim may be denied

We will review all valid submissions and determine if a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate at our discretion.

Damage caused after delivery, misuse, normal wear, or failure to supervise children around small items is not eligible for a refund or replacement.


4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier:

  • Sparkle Scoops & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays
  • Sparkle Scoops & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please:

  1. Check around your home/mail area
  2. Ask household members or neighbors
  3. Contact the shipping carrier or local post office


5. Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address
  • insufficient address
  • failed delivery
  • unclaimed package

the customer may be required to pay reshipping costs before the order is sent again.

Refunds will not be issued for customer-provided address errors.


6. Order Cancellations

Because orders may begin processing quickly:

  • We do not guarantee cancellations
  • Once an order has been packed, prepared, or shipped, it cannot be canceled
  • If a cancellation request is made immediately after purchase and the order has not started processing, we may review it on a case-by-case basis


7. Surprise Product Disclaimer

By purchasing from Sparkle Scoops & Co., you understand and agree that:

  • products are sold as mystery / surprise bundles
  • exact items are not guaranteed
  • duplicate items may occasionally happen
  • customer preferences are welcomed but not guaranteed
  • product photos and videos are examples only

Refunds will not be issued due to the surprise nature of the order.


8. Children’s Item / Safety Notice

Some orders may include:

  • small accessories
  • charms
  • mini items
  • small parts

Warning: Some items may present a choking hazard.

Please use adult supervision when appropriate and keep small items away from children under 3 years old.

Sparkle Scoops & Co. is not responsible for misuse of products after delivery.
