At Sparkle Scoops & Co., every order is hand-packed with care and made just for you! Because each scoop is a surprise experience, please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

## Processing Time
- All orders are hand-packed personally with love and attention to detail.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
- During busy periods, sales, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

## Shipping Time
- Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and your location.
- Most orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

## Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or through the platform you purchased from (Shopify/TikTok Shop, if applicable).
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your label is created.

## Packaging Videos
- Packing videos may be recorded and posted as part of the Sparkle Scoops & Co. experience.
- If you would like your order to remain a surprise, please leave a note at checkout requesting that your video be posted after delivery.

## Shipping Address
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- Sparkle Scoops & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before your order ships.

## Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Sparkle Scoops & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier first.
- We recommend checking with neighbors or household members as well.

## Returned Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
- Refunds will not be issued for returned packages due to customer address errors.

## International Shipping
- At this time, international shipping may not be available.
- If international shipping becomes available, customers may be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

- Because each order is custom-packed and surprise-based, all sales are final.
